Throughout my studies I have taken an interest in sustainable design including health, climate, and food security. I designed the Agri-Domes as a resilient sustainable food system within a city to utilise rooftops, inspired by the Eden Project’s structure and materials. I have critically considered how design can best be applied for a better future, focusing on sustainable cities and communities for responsible consumption and production.  

Applying theoretical principles has helped develop my knowledge further, considering areas of human interaction, technology, management, and future innovations. Designing speculative artefacts surrounding the future technology of bioprinting enabled me to create a fictional company called MUSCLE INK. Creating believable artefacts questions the future implications and challenges of the technology through design and creativity.
